These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Google Rank platform, operated by Business Manager, as well as all related services offered through the corresponding domain or application.

By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms in accordance with current Colombian law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using our services, you expressly, freely, and knowingly accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Services Provided

Google Rank allows users to manage their business’s digital presence through the display and analysis of data obtained from third-party platforms, especially Google.

You expressly authorize the collection of publicly available information from your Google Business account, as well as any other data you voluntarily choose to provide to us.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Provide truthful and updated information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Google Rank for:

  • Illegal activities or actions contrary to Colombian law.

  • Accessing or attempting to access other users’ data without authorization.

  • Interfering with the technical operation of the service.

5. Personal Data Processing

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia), we inform you that:

  • Google Rank collects public information from Google Business and other data you provide voluntarily.

  • We do not share your information with third parties without your express authorization.

  • You may exercise your rights to access, correct, delete, or revoke consent by contacting our support email: daniel100@techycompany.com.

6. Communications by Email, Phone, and SMS

By registering and providing your contact details, including your phone number, you expressly authorize us to communicate with you through emails, phone calls, and text messages (SMS) related to your account, notifications, or services.

  • You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or by contacting us directly.
  • Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Legal Notice: We do not share, sell, or disclose your mobile phone number to third parties for marketing or other purposes. Your mobile number will only be used for account-related and service-related communications in accordance with these Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Google Rank, including texts, logos, software, and graphic design, is the exclusive property of Business Manager or its respective owners. Reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Google Rank does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data.

  • Service interruptions caused by third parties.

  • Misuse of collected public information.

The use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service implies your acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from them will be resolved by the competent courts of Colombia.
