At Ranktitan, we’re committed to delivering a reliable and trustworthy experience for service providers and their clients. This Refund Policy explains when and how subscription and transaction fees may be refunded.

1. Subscription Fee Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with Ranktitan within the first 30 days of your subscription purchase, you may request a full refund of your subscription fees. To be eligible:

  • Your account must be in good standing (no outstanding balance or disputes).
  • The refund request must be submitted via our support portal (daniel100@techycompany.com) before the 30-day window closes.

After 30 Days
Subscriptions billed on a monthly or annual basis are non-refundable after the initial 30-day period, but you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

2. Transaction Fee Refunds

Paid Service Transactions
Once a client completes payment for a provider’s service (via Stripe) and the funds have been disbursed to the provider’s bank account, that transaction is considered final. Transaction fees (the 2.9% Stripe fee + 3.1% Ranktitan platform fee) are non-refundable once the service provider has received their payout.

Disputed or Unfulfilled Services
If a client believes a service was not performed as agreed, they must:

  • File a dispute through Ranktitan within 7 days of job completion.
  • Provide supporting evidence (photos, signed reports, etc.) via the platform.

After reviewing the case, if Ranktitan determines that the service was not delivered per agreement, we will:

  • Refund the client’s payment in full.
  • Reverse the platform fee (3.1%) back to the client.
  • Stripe’s processing fee (2.9%) is non-refundable by Stripe; however, Ranktitan will credit the equivalent amount to the client’s account for future use on the platform.

3. How to Request a Refund

Subscription Refund
Email: daniel100@techycompany.com
Subject line: “Subscription Refund Request – [Your Company Name]”
Include:

  • Date of subscription purchase
  • Registered email address
  • Brief reason for request

Transaction Dispute/Refund

  • Log into your Ranktitan dashboard.
  • Navigate to the specific transaction under “Payments.”
  • Click “File a Dispute” and upload any supporting documents (photos, signed job reports, etc.).
  • Our team will review within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

4. Notes & Exceptions

  • Chargebacks: If a client initiates a chargeback through their bank, Ranktitan will follow Stripe’s dispute resolution process. Fee reversals depend on the outcome.
  • Promotional Credits: These are non-refundable and expire if unused.
  • Early Termination: Canceling an annual plan mid-term stops future charges, but no partial refunds are given after the 30-day guarantee.
  • Policy Changes: We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date.
