This Privacy Policy explains how RankTitan.AI ("RankTitan," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit ranktitan.ai, use the RankTitan application, contact us, or connect a Google account (collectively, the "Service").

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, Google Business Profile link, and the contents of a support or audit request. When you create or use an account, we may collect account, billing, support, and service-usage information needed to provide the Service.

We also receive limited technical information such as device and browser type, IP address, pages or features used, and security or diagnostic logs. We use this information to keep the Service reliable, prevent abuse, and improve its performance.

Google user data

If you choose to connect a Google account, we access only the Google data and permissions you approve on the Google consent screen. Depending on the features you enable, this may include your basic Google account identity and authorized Google Business Profile account, location, listing, review, post, service, media, and performance information.

We use that data solely to provide the RankTitan features you request: connecting and displaying your business profiles, preparing or publishing profile updates at your direction, managing reviews and content, producing local-ranking and performance reports, providing support, and maintaining service security. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Google user data is not sold, rented, shared with advertising platforms or data brokers, used for credit or lending decisions, or used to serve personalized advertising. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Any service provider that processes Google user data on our behalf may do so only to operate the Service and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

How we use information

We use personal information to provide and improve the Service; create and administer accounts; respond to requests; process transactions; communicate about service, security, or account matters; protect users and the Service; comply with law; and enforce our agreements. We may send marketing communications where permitted by law; you can opt out using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed with service providers that help us host the Service, deliver email, process payments, provide support, secure our systems, or perform analytics; when you direct us to share or publish content; to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or in connection with a business transfer. We require service providers to use information only for the services they provide to us.

Retention, security, and international transfers

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service and our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@ranktitan.ai. You may disconnect RankTitan from your Google account within the Service, or revoke its access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops future access, but does not automatically delete information already retained; you may request deletion through our support team.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential technical cookies and similar technologies necessary to run the Service, remember security and session settings, and prevent fraud. We do not use Google user data for advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect the Service.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law changes. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. If we materially change how we use Google user data, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required before using it for a new purpose.
