These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RankTitan.AI, including the website, dashboard, and related local SEO, Google Business Profile management, reporting, and automation services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Using the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining backups of information you need to retain.

Google accounts and business profiles

Some features allow you to connect a Google account and manage Google Business Profile information. You may connect only accounts, locations, and content you are authorized to access and manage. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions for all information and instructions you provide.

Google's terms and policies continue to apply to your use of Google products and data. RankTitan is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Connecting an account does not guarantee any Google product outcome, listing status, ranking, review result, or availability.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights; submit false, misleading, infringing, or harmful content; manipulate reviews or rankings; access data without authorization; interfere with the Service; reverse engineer or bypass security controls; transmit malware; or use the Service to build a competing service. We may suspend or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give RankTitan a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the Service. You are responsible for reviewing automated or AI-assisted suggestions before publishing and for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable law and platform policies.

Plans, fees, and cancellation

Current plan features, prices, billing intervals, trial terms, and any applicable taxes are shown before purchase or in your order. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the fees for your selected plan. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in a separate written agreement, you may cancel a recurring plan before the next billing period to avoid the next charge. We may change plans or prices prospectively with reasonable notice where required by law.

Intellectual property

RankTitan and its licensors own the Service, software, design, branding, and other materials provided through the Service, excluding your content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during an active subscription.

Third-party services

The Service may link to or work with third-party services, including Google, payment providers, email providers, and booking tools. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services, changes to their APIs or policies, or their availability.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. RankTitan does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular search ranking, lead volume, revenue result, Google approval, or outcome from any automated, AI-assisted, or reporting feature. The Service is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankTitan and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to RankTitan for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, security risk, fraud, or legal requirement. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted here or communicated through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the RankTitan entity that contracts with you, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over that entity, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
